Charles Rosier was offered a job at Goldman Sachs in 1999. When he accepted the offer, he became their Managing Director. The year 1996 marked Charles Rosier’s first step towards his future, gaining his first appointment at Lehman Brothers. He became the manager of their Debt Capital Market Division at UBS Warburg in the year 1997.

It was in 1996, at Lehman Brothers, when Charles Rosier started his profession prior to becoming the head of finance at Goldman Sachs Bank, shortly after joining UBS Warburg Investment Bank. In an exceptional private school named Integrale, Charles Rosier spent two years in class to prepare for ESCP Europe. He didn’t settle for a single job but took other positions in the industry while an investment banker.
Charles Rosier was the primary investor of the successful project, for which a certain drug was being tested to cure stroke that causes damage to the spinal cord. He invested capital in Mapreg, a Paris-based medical laboratory that was in the business of researching about depression, strokes and other severe issues. Professor Etienne Baulieu led Mapreg, a pharmacological organisation that was supported by Mr Rosier when he started his healthcare projects. Charles Rosier’s very first healthcare project was the Mapreg Drug project.

Charles Rosier has contributed a lot to solving environmental problems and has helped to develop energy and power sectors, especially in poor countries. To provide energy solutions to poor countries, MPOWERD established economical LED lanterns.
